Supporting Nurse Well-Being with Tools and Resources
The RN Well-Being Project is about more than raising awareness. It’s about equipping nurses, leaders, and healthcare organizations with tools that reflect the real-world challenges of today’s workplace. These resources don’t assume stress can be solved with self-care alone. They’re built to help nurses manage what’s manageable—and give organizations the insight to address what must be changed.
The RN Well-Being Project resources were developed with the invaluable contributions of Oregon nurses and healthcare professionals. We extend our gratitude to our volunteer committee members who made this work possible:
The RN Well-Being Project is built on shared learning and collective change. Whether you’re downloading tools, exploring research, or looking for inspiration, we invite you to use and share these resources as we work together to strengthen Oregon’s nursing workforce.
Has your organization taken steps to support nurse well-being? Tell us your story — your experience could inspire and guide others across Oregon.
